Cinnamon Crumble Apple Pie (Epicurious)

Ingredients:
3 1/4 lbs Apples (peeled, cored, sliced)
2/3 cups Sugar
2 tbsp Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
1 Pre-made crust

Topping:
1 cup flour
1/2 Sugar
1/4 Brown Sugar (packed)
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbsp chilled unsalted butter cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl to coat apples.
Assemble Pie:
  1. Toss all dry ingredients in the food processor. Add chilled butter cubes pulsing until mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Toss Filling once more to redistribute juices and transfer to crust mounding it in the middle. Pack topping over and around the apples.
  3. Bake on a baking sheet until topping is golden ~40 mins.
  4. Reduce to 350F and bake for 45 mins
  5. Cool and serve with ice cream
