Punsalan Family's Adobo

Ingredients:

Chicken
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Garlic
Water
Peppercorns
Salt


Directions:
 

  1. Fill Saucepan with just enough water to cover the chicken 1/2 way
  2. Depending on how much water and chicken are in the pot, add vinegar and soy sauce. (always, 1 more soy sauce than vinegar)
  3. Add garlic cloves, peppercorns, and salt.
  4. Let boil until chicken cooked add a little oil to taste
  5. Take chicken out and use a non-stick pan to cook the chicken (makes the skin crispy)
  6. Put back in sauce
*Taste to flavor
