Chicken
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Garlic
Water
Peppercorns
Salt
Directions:
- Fill Saucepan with just enough water to cover the chicken 1/2 way
- Depending on how much water and chicken are in the pot, add vinegar and soy sauce. (always, 1 more soy sauce than vinegar)
- Add garlic cloves, peppercorns, and salt.
- Let boil until chicken cooked add a little oil to taste
- Take chicken out and use a non-stick pan to cook the chicken (makes the skin crispy)
- Put back in sauce
