Ingredients:
50 Button Mushrooms (stemmed)
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (powdered)
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/8 cup Olive Oil
- Brush mushroom caps with olive oil (inside and out)
- Combine parmesan and bread crumbs in a med size bowl
- Fill mushroom caps with parmesan/bread crumb mixture
- Drizzle olive oil over filled mushroom caps
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins (until cheese melts)
