Stuffed Mushrooms

hands-on time: 5 mins total time: 20 mins serves: 5

Ingredients:


50 Button Mushrooms (stemmed)
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (powdered)
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/8 cup Olive Oil
Directions:
  1. Brush mushroom caps with olive oil (inside and out)
  2. Combine parmesan and bread crumbs in a med size bowl
  3. Fill mushroom caps with parmesan/bread crumb mixture
  4. Drizzle olive oil over filled mushroom caps
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins (until cheese melts)
