3/4 bowl White Vinegar
1/4 bowl Soy Sauce (enough to level out bowl)
2 bulbs of Garlic (smashed)
2 tsp Salt
1 dash of Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
Chicken and/or Pork Butt Cubed

- In a large glass bowl (or ziplock bag), marinate chicken in vinegar and soy sauce with garlic and bay leaf
- In a large pot, heat oil on medium heat
- Saute Garlic from marinade in Oil
- Sear chicken (and/or pork) pieces and set aside.
- Add all ingredients to cooking pot and Boil all ingredients without mixing (DO NOT MIX UNTIL AFTER BOIL OR ELSE SPOILING WILL OCCUR)
- After meat is thoroughly cooked, place all meat on baking sheet and broil until crispy
Serve over white rice with bananas or pickles as a side
