Ingredients:
- 5163g All Purpose Flour
- 10g Baking Powder
- 5g Salt
- 226g Unsalted Butter
- 598g Sugar
- 10g Vanilla Extract
- 226g Egg Whites
- 324g Whole Milk
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350F
- Sift all flour, salt, and baking powder TWICE
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy using a paddle attachment
- Mix egg whites, milk, and vanilla together
- add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating 3 parts
- Bake for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
