Vanilla White Sponge Cake

 Ingredients:

  • 5163g All Purpose Flour
  • 10g Baking Powder
  • 5g Salt
  • 226g Unsalted Butter
  • 598g Sugar
  • 10g Vanilla Extract
  • 226g Egg Whites
  • 324g Whole Milk


Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
  2. Sift all flour, salt, and baking powder TWICE
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy using a paddle attachment
  4. Mix egg whites, milk, and vanilla together
  5. add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, alternating 3 parts
  6. Bake for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
