Yields sauce for 1-1.5lbs of Seafood
Ingredients:
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 2-4 Heads Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ** Optional Cayenne or Chili or other peppers to make it spicier
Directions:
- Melt 2 sticks of Butter in a pot
- Add Garlic and saute for 5 mins
- Add all remaining ingredients until flavors are blended.
