Off the ChIan: Cajun Boil Sauce

 Yields sauce for 1-1.5lbs of Seafood

Ingredients:

  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 2-4 Heads Garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ** Optional Cayenne or Chili or other peppers to make it spicier
Directions:
  1. Melt 2 sticks of Butter in a pot
  2. Add Garlic and saute for 5 mins
  3. Add all remaining ingredients until flavors are blended.
