Ingredients
- 1-2 c Heavy Cream
- 1/2 c Butter
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
- Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
- 1 tsp Lemon zest, optional
- Kosher Salt
- Freshly ground Pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in pan, as butter melts, add garlic and cook until fragrant
- Add heavy cream and cook until simmer
- Add grated cheese and stir until combined throughly
- Continue to stir until sauce thickens.
- Add lemon zest, salt, and pepper to taste.
