Ingredients:
1 lb Pork Shoulder (diced)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Onion (minced)
~1/3 cup Vinegar
~1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 Jalapeno (diced)
Lime Juice to taste
Directions:
- Boil Pork until fully cooked
- Saute garlic and onion until translucent
- Add pork and sauté until crispy
- Add equal parts soy sauce and vinegar and let simmer until liquid reduces a little
- Add lime juice
- Use minced onion and jalapeno for garnish
