Lavender Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Dried Lavender
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Sticks Butter, Room Temperature
2 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
Course Salt

Directions:


  1. Combine sugar, lavender and lemon zest in food processor until well blended.
  2. Add butter to the food processor and cream.
  3. Add flour and salt. Mix to combine.
  4. Remove dough from the food processor onto parchment, gentle roll into an 8-inch log.
  5. Cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. Bake in 375 degrees for 16 minutes.
