1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Dried Lavender
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Sticks Butter, Room Temperature
2 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
Course Salt
Directions:
- Combine sugar, lavender and lemon zest in food processor until well blended.
- Add butter to the food processor and cream.
- Add flour and salt. Mix to combine.
- Remove dough from the food processor onto parchment, gentle roll into an 8-inch log.
- Cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Bake in 375 degrees for 16 minutes.
