Naturally Sweet Maple Walnut Granola Adjusted (Sweet Savory and Steph)

Ingredients:

2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cups of walnuts
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Kosher salt
1/2 cup dried fruit (

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven at 325F
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread on cooking sheet and bake for 20 mins
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 - 60 mins untouched.
  7. Break up the granola and store in dry containers.
