2 (15.5oz) cans of Garbanzo Beans (AKA Chickpeas) drained but not thoroughly
2 large Lemons (1 lemon per can)
4 cloves Garlic (2 per can OR 5 per 2 cans) depending on desired taste
4 tbsp Tahini (2 tbsp per can)
1/4 tsp Cumin
Olive Oil
Paprika
Directions
- Run garlic cloves through a food processor
- Add garbanzo beans (may be tough to run because of dryness, but add a bit of juice from the can)
- Add lemon juice
- Add a bit olive oil and water if necessary (just to get things going.. less is more!)
- Add cumin
- Run processor until the consistency is smooth and processor is running smooth
